How a Positive Input Ventilation System Works

The PIV unit draws fresh filtered air into the home and gently ventilates from a central position on the landing or central hallway. Stale, moisture-laden air is diluted, displaced and replaced with subtle fresh filtered air forcing contaminants out of the property through leakages or extract points in wet rooms (if applicable)

Installation is available throughout the UK & Ireland

We offer a full installation service by qualified BEAM engineers or our nationwide team of distributors. We can install into new build properties or retrofit into most existing homes. Our PIV units can also be self-installed.

L. Kirk, Ballyclare - Customer Review

"Couldn't have had better service from the moment I phoned until our PIV system was fixed. We had the PIV system for approximately 8 years (fitted by Housing Ex) and didn't realise just how good it was until it stopped working! Within 5 days of the PIV being off we had black spots starting in the bedrooms and lots of condensation on the windows. BEAM came out and fixed the system quickly and we have dry windows every morning and no more damp. Personally think that one of these systems should be fitted by all home owners and landlords."
