Providing efficient and economic thermal and acoustic insulation for all shapes of metal ductwork, Isover CLIMCOVER Roll Alu1 offers up to 7% thermal savings compared to traditional stone wool solutions.
This strong, flexible and easy to handle glass mineral wool roll is manufactured from up to 86% recycled content and incorporates a factory applied aluminium foil facing providing an inherent vapour barrier. Suitable for use with subsequent covering and
suitable for low level installation and outside applications.

Isover CLIMCOVER Roll Alu1 has an A1 Euroclass fire rating and achieves the criteria for smoke generation and toxicity as given in the IMO Resolution MSC 61 (67) and is also compliant with London Underground fire safety performance requirements

lCompliant with London Underground (LU) Standard 1-085.
Service temperature
Suitable for continuous service temperatures up to 230°C. The temperature on the aluminium facing should not exceed 80°C. The products can also be used in
below ambient conditions, provided that a 100% vapour barrier is maintained. They are dimensionally stable over this temperature range.
Moisture resistance
Water vapour permeability 0.2 g/m²/24hr (foil facing) to DIN EN ISO 12572
Chemical resistance
Will not accelerate corrosion with all copper, steel and aluminium plant and equipment.
PH value
The pH value is generally close to pH neutral or slightly alkaline when in aqueous solution.
Smoke & Toxicity
Achieves the criteria for smoke generation and toxicity given in IMO Resolution MSC 61 (67). ( Smoke and Toxicity Test to
