Glue is used to create a seal the joins and ducting (preventing the central vacuum ducting becoming loose and causing possible air leakages). The glue should be applied to the ducting, then pushed into the fitting to adhere. Do not glue the inlet to the 90° sharp bend. There should be enough glue necessary for to install a 6 inlet ducting kit.
