Distributor Delivery & Returns Monthly Free Delivery: All orders to be placed online on or before the scheduled delivery date as notified by the Beam office. No orders will be processed if phoned directly through to the office. Orders must have a minimum value of €800.00 (including discount) to avail of Monthly Free Delivery Option via Beam Vacuum & Ventilation company lorry. Orders to the value between €200.00 - €800.00 may be despatched by courier, with no carriage costs. Orders below €200.00 will not avail of Monthly Free Delivery and will incur carriage costs. Orders outside the Monthly Free Delivery: Orders are to be placed online before noon to ensure despatch the same day. Urgent orders may be placed by telephoning the office. You must provide product codes for all items ordered. All orders placed outside the Free Delivery will incur carriage costs. Returns: All returned items for warranty must be accompanied with the relevant serial number and the completed documentation forms. All returned items for credit will incur a 15% handling charge. We will refund a product that is returned to us within 28 days of receipt, providing it is in a re-saleable condition. If we find the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, including any packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product. We will only refund a delivery charge for the sending of the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order. In the case of unwanted goods being refunded, we will not refund any duties or taxes that were imposed when delivered to the recipient. Products should be returned in their original packaging, if provided. A method of return should be used that is secure and can be tracked. The products you are returning will be at your risk from the time of despatch until they are proven to have been received by Beam Vacuum & Ventilation.
