Customer Service Advisor Closing date: 23/04/2021 We are looking for an energetic, customer focused person to join our busy office team. You will be responsible for dealing proficiently with customer queries and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service when looking for help or information. You will be a conscientious team member with the ability to share information across departments. You will also have administrative duties to fulfill. This position is full-time employed, permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities Include: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Answering telephone calls and dealing proficiently with customer queries Booking in service calls and installation requests Taking phone orders and payments Raising invoices Sending out BACS details and service procedures Administering web orders and raising sales invoices Responsibility for company fleet - insurance, MOT & vehicle excise duty Ordering of stationery and consumables Any other administrative duty deemed necessary by management, including cover for reception and other administrative roles.
